Welcome to the 2009 U.S. Army All-American Marching Band Audition!
Written Application Deadline: April 15, 2008
Audition Video Upload Deadline: April 30, 2008
Download the All-American application and fill out completely. When you are finished, send to jenr@menc.org or fax it to (703)860-9404. If you need to mail your application, mail it to MENC, ATTN: All-American Band, 1806 Robert Fulton Dr, Reston, VA 20191, post-marked by April 15. After your application has been received, an email will be sent to you with further instructions for your audition videos. If you have any questions, please contact Jen Reed at jenr@menc.org.
Eligibility: MENC will consider those students who will be high school seniors in January 2009, who are in good standing in their community and at their academic institution, and who have never been convicted of a crime as a juvenile or as an adult. MENC employees and MENC employee immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Multiple Application: A student may apply for more than one position. To do so, that student must submit a separate application and all four required videos for each position they wish to apply. If any student is being considered for more than one position, the MENC review committee will determine the best position for that student based on student ability and ensemble need.
Online Audition: Only online entry materials will be considered for this audition process. Audition includes applicant contact information, terms and conditions agreement, and the four required audition videos.
Application Confirmation: For those who provide a valid e-mail address, application confirmation will be sent to that e-mail following the successful completion of application information, agreement, and the upload of the four required audition videos.
Results Notification: MENC plans to announce audition results in June of 2008.

- Record 4 required audition videos separately:
- Have your contact information including valid e-mail address and a list of any accomplishments. Accomplishments can include national, state, regional, community, and school accomplishments as well as honor ensemble participation, awards, leadership positions, etc. (HINT: prepare your information in a word document and cut and paste after proofing and spell-checking.)
